The People Possible Foundation has initiated various schemes and programmes for benefitting society at large.
Here are some of our recent initiatives.
Tree Plantation Drive
In partnership with Gujarat Rajya Gram Vikas Samiti, People Possible Foundation organised a tree plantation drive in Ahmedabad, where we planted 575 saplings. This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability and community welfare, as we strive to make a positive impact through green efforts for a better future.
Rakshabandhan – Fire Station Visit
In a heartfelt gesture of appreciation, IMS Jaipur office employees celebrated Rakshabandhan with the firefighters of the nearby fire station by tying rakhis. This act symbolised our deep gratitude and respect for their unwavering commitment to protecting the community, often risking their lives to ensure our safety.
Project Raksha – Ride for Rakhi
‘Project Raksha – Ride for Rakhi’ honours the spirit of Rakshabandhan by celebrating the dedication of soldiers at the border. IMS Bike Riders Club and few volunteers rode from Ahmedabad to Nadabet to spend a day with the soldiers, tying rakhis and delivering handwritten letters.
Sole to Soul Initiative
The People Possible Foundation’s “Sole to Soul” initiative continued its impactful stride this summer. Thanks to the collective generosity of IMS employees, who donated 2,959 pairs of sliders, the People Possible Foundation matched the contribution, bringing the total number of individuals impacted to 5,918.
Blood Donation Camp
On World Thalassaemia Day, People Possible Foundation collaborated with the Indian Red Cross Society to organise a life-saving blood donation camp. Remarkably, 813 IMS employees joined hands in making this blood donation activity a success. Their commitment to this cause not only expressed solidarity with Thalassemia patients but also ensured a critical supply of blood for those in need.
Kuch Meetha Ho Jaaye
‘Kuch Meetha Ho Jaaye’ (translation: Let there be some sweetness) is a campaign by the People Possible Foundation where we encourage our social media followers to spread the magic of giving. Every year, for every engagement in the form of likes and shares on our social media, we donate an equal number of sweets to underprivileged people in the community. In 2023, we successfully made Diwali extra sweet for 7,500 individuals.
Winter Jacket Distribution
Winters are generally harsh in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. Many in the community do not have the provision to fight the bitter cold owing to their socio-economic conditions. Through the ‘Winter Jacket Distribution’ CSR activity, the People Possible Foundation had care and warmth to share in the form of winter jackets to those in need, bringing comfort and happiness to 2500 underprivileged lives in surrounding communities.
Good Touch – Bad Touch – Knowledge Sharing Session
Knowledge of ‘Good Touch – Bad Touch’ amongst young children is critical as it helps them in keeping themselves safe from predatory individuals. People Possible Foundation conducted a session on the same in the nearby communities and impacted 427 young individuals.
Sewing Machine – Skill Upgradation Program
In a bold move to empower the women in the nearby communities, the People Possible Foundation conducted a ‘Skill Upgradation Program’ where 160 women were provided with sewing machines and adequate skill training to help them earn a livelihood through their hard work and perseverance.
Empowering Young Minds: Our Back to School Initiative
We believe that education is the cornerstone of a brighter future. Our “Back to School Initiative” is a heartwarming CSR activity that aims to make a difference in the lives of children. We are proud to share that we have distributed 910 school kits to underprivileged kids, enabling them to embark on their educational journey with hope and enthusiasm. Together, we’re shaping a better tomorrow.
Medical Camp: संकल्प (Oath) – हमारा लक्ष्य: आपका स्वास्थ्य (Our goal: Your health)
People Possible Foundation continues to make a difference in people’s lives. Under our new initiative, संकल्प (Oath) – हमारा लक्ष्य: आपका स्वास्थ्य (Our goal: Your health), we organised health check-up camps in various villages. We kick-started this project with Gujarat’s Kolat and Motipura villages. So far, we have adopted ten villages, impacting more than 3,000 lives.
Impacting Lives Through Blood Donation
We believe in giving back to the community, and our recent blood donation camp exemplifies our commitment to making a positive impact. In collaboration with local communities, we organised a blood donation drive in Ahmedabad and Jaipur, where 295 generous donors came forward.
In Ahmedabad, 222 donors selflessly contributed, potentially saving 666 lives. In Jaipur, 73 more heroes stepped up, potentially impacting 219 lives. Altogether, this heartwarming initiative has touched 885 lives.
India’s Pride on Ice at IMS
Vishwaraj Jadeja, a prominent figure in the world of ice skating, holds the esteemed position of India’s leading long-track ice speed skater. People Possible Foundation is proud to extend support to him in his training endeavours. Recently, he visited our office, and during his session, we had the privilege of being motivated by his captivating motivational stories.
Making a powerful impact through clothes donation drive
We are thrilled to share the incredible impact that we’ve made through our collective kindness. Thanks to the selfless donations of IMS members in February 2023, IMS People Possible Foundation distributed clothes to those in need, bringing comfort and happiness to 1,370 underprivileged lives in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. This has inspired us to keep spreading joy, and making the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time.
Sole to Soul
As a part of our recent initiative, ‘Sole to Soul’, we provided footwear to people in need to help them beat the heat. A total of 1000 pairs of footwear have impacted 1000 lives in a significant way. Here’s a sneak peek into their happiness!
Make this Diwali sweeter from your heart through our hands!
Continuing our last year’s initiative, People Possible Foundation celebrated Diwali with the social media drive ‘Kuch Meetha Ho Jaye’. We invited our followers to join us in spreading the magic of giving. We donated an equal number of boxes for every like and share received on the invite post. In total, 5,091 packets of happiness were distributed to the less privileged families as we tried to make Diwali sweeter for each one of them.
Spreading warmth in winter
The warmth of humanity can indeed beat the chill of wintry nights. People Possible Foundation organised an activity to distribute warm clothes to needy people in Jaipur and Ahmedabad during the winter. We distributed more than 2,500 jackets to the needy.
Supporting Vishwaraj Jadeja, India’s ace ice skater
A popular name in the ice skating arena, Vishwaraj Jadeja is India’s leading long-track ice speed skater. Encouraging him in his endeavours on ice is People Possible Foundation, supporting him in ice skating training. Cheering for Vishwaraj and his dream to be the first Indian ice skater to win a medal for India at Olympics!
Garbage to growth
Our leaders Amit Somaiya (CEO and Co-Founder), Ashok Vithlani (Co-Founder), Prashant Parikh (Commercial Director), Ketan Shah (CFO), and Nupur Gupta (Company Secretary) visited the cantonment board, and were moved not only by the welcoming environment, but also by the stories shared by the women ragpickers. These women now make re-cycled products, such as bags, bottles, garlands, etc., and are full-time employees who provide for their families, earning their family’s and community’s respect. We are grateful to them for cleansing the city, and send our best wishes to these unsung heroes.

People Possible Foundation continues to make a difference in people’s lives. Caring, sharing, and making a difference
People Possible Foundation launched the ‘Caring is Sharing’ initiative for underprivileged people in society. IMS employees expressed their love and care by donating clothes that brought instant smiles to the faces of those in need.
Support & help, in Covid care
During the difficult times of the Covid pandemic, People Possible Foundation extended a hand to the Covid patients and their families. Under the ‘Covid Relief Support’ initiative, we collaborated with ‘Elixir Foundation’ and ‘Nischay Sanstha’ to serve freshly cooked meals, 2 times a day, in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. We were happy to serve 6,500+ meals in both cities.
Boosting immunity, one kit at a time
The People Possible Foundation took another initiative during the pandemic, where we distributed immunity booster kits comprising booster tablets, masks, and sanitisers, to the people in need. We also educated them on its benefits, and gave away 400 such immunity kits.
Distributing ration kits to the needy
As a part of yet another drive that we undertook for our ‘Covid Relief Support’ initiative, we distributed Ration Kits to underprivileged people. We expressed our support for them by joining hands with ‘HeyHi Foundation’, and fruitfully gave away 100 Ration Kits in Ahmedabad, which fulfilled the necessity of food for up to 30 days for up to 4 to 5 people.
Empowering women, inspiring change
In 2019, People Possible Foundation shook hands with Loomba Foundation for the ‘Empowerment Project’ of 150 impoverished widows in Ahmedabad. We continued this project this year as well by providing 3 months of cutting and tailoring training to the women of Gomtipur and Bapunagar.
Doing our part for the nation
We joined India’s fight against Covid by organising a fundraising Tambola for the employees of IMS Group to contribute to the PM-Cares Fund. The IMS Group and People Possible Foundation collectively raised a donation of INR 86,250.
Providing nutrition, fostering health
We, at the People Possible Foundation, dedicatedly put our efforts into ensuring that we do our part in helping the ones in need. We collaborated with ‘Make A Difference (MAD)’ NGO, and donated essential food items to 250+ families in the rural area, assuring that nutrition is provided to every single family.
Sending out warmth in winters
In yet another initiative, People Possible Foundation joined hands with ‘Make A Difference (MAD)’ NGO. We did our part in spreading warmth in the cold weather by distributing winter jackets to the homeless people living on the streets of Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
Helping women rise as leaders
People Possible Foundation supports ‘Loomba Foundation’ in creating a sustainable livelihood. We provided training in cloth cutting and tailoring to 150 poor widows and needy women to help them build a livelihood.
Celebrating festivals, the right way
People Possible Foundation celebrated the festival of lights by lighting up people’s faces. We donated sweet boxes to 1,330 underprivileged families to share our happiness during the festival of Diwali.
Spreading smiles, laughs, and a lot of joy
Happiness at the People Possible Foundation is contagious. We believe in spreading smiles as much as we can, and for this, we organised a fun fair for the children of Navarachit Slum School, Makarba. We invited 65 children to this funfair where they played games, clicked pictures at the photo booth, and chose gifts from our employee donations.
Encouraging advancements, providing infrastructural facilities
We, at the People Possible Foundation, are the greatest supporters of development and growth. We donated 8 computers, 10 workstations, and 1 water cooler to Navapura School, as a part of our Diwali celebration. We also distributed sweets and snacks to children at the school.
Saving lives, giving back to the society
People Possible Foundation organised a Blood Donation Camp by associating with the Indian Red Cross Society. Intending to give back to society, our employees made a significant contribution to it, and donated a total of 156 units of blood.
Taking our gratitude to the borders
Our ‘Riders with a Cause’ celebrated Rakshabandhan with the Jawans at the Kutch border. The soldiers carried 2,500+ rakhis and 1,000+ letters of gratitude from the ladies at People Possible Foundation, while a few accompanied them to the border.
Volunteering for the ones in need
Just like it was organised in 2018, People Possible Foundation hosted a fund-raising event ‘Ratri Before Navratri’ in collaboration with ‘Make A Difference (MAD)’ NGO. All the funds collected from this event were donated to the charity in the form of winter jackets.
Promoting charity, year after year
We believe in celebrating festivals by volunteering to contribute to the betterment of society. People Possible Foundation collaborated with ‘Make a Difference (MAD)’ NGO, and arranged a musical Garba charity event for our employees. With the money raised, we purchased winter jackets for less-privileged children.
Nurturing lives, by education
People Possible Foundation believes in the power that education holds. We organised a notebook distribution drive along with ‘Make a Difference (MAD)’ NGO, and distributed a total of 1,000 notebooks to children. Moreover, we also provided education sponsorship for two girls to contribute as a supporter in their life growth.
Participating to bring awareness
Prevention is better than cure, and with an aim to raise awareness, People Possible Foundation joined hands with ‘Finar Foundation’. We donated to the Drug Abuse Awareness and Prevention programme, and showed our active contribution by participating in the marathon.
Standing up in times of urgency
People Possible Foundation strongly believes in providing support in times of need. We coordinated with ‘Samast Mahajan Charity’, and stood by the people affected by the Kerala floods by contributing INR 1,00,000 to help them rebuild their homes and to return to normalcy.
Serving the mankind
People Possible Foundation organised a blood donation camp for 3 days at all our offices. Our team expressed their support for this drive by donating a total of 143 units of blood given by more than 170 employees.
Giving the gift of life
Following our yearly tradition, People Possible Foundation organised a blood donation camp at all of our offices for three days. Our employees stood up like true heroes, and donated a total of 151 units of blood for this drive.
Sharing the diwali light
Continuing our Diwali tradition, we invited the underprivileged kids for a shopping spree. People Possible Foundation hosted this event where our employees also participated by playing games with them. We managed to bring smiles to the kids’ faces, and ended this drive by taking them to dinner.
Providing support in every season
People Possible Foundation organised a drive to distribute winter jackets, a necessity in the winter season. Our employees ensured that every kid received a covering that protected them on cold winter days.
Donating blood to save lives
In association with ‘Make A Difference (MAD)’ NGO, our employees volunteered to create an impact by donating blood for the ones in need.
Gifting joy on the festival of lights
People Possible Foundation organised a shopping extravaganza for children between the age of 5-10 years. Our employees ensured that they contributed back to society on an auspicious day. The kids were elated, and ended their day with a lovely note of ‘share & care’.
Sheltering with the basic necessities
People Possible Foundation joined hands with the orphanage ‘Sultan Ahmed Muslim Yatimkhana’ in Ahmedabad. To help the deprived children lead a better life, we provided them with books, clothes, and other necessities.
