After a very busy period of unprecedented growth and as part of our continued plans for future growth we are both excited and proud to announce two key promotions and 2 new appointments to strengthen our senior management team.
The changes see Julieann Fouad step into the newly created role of Sales Director – UK Operations after being a key member of the IMS People Possible Possible team for more than 2 years as an Onshore Advisor.
Julieann brings to this challenging role over 30 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, which uniquely enables her to understand the challenges recruitment businesses face every day in the quest to develop effective and sustainable recruitment solutions for the recruitment businesses in the UK and how outsourcing can help them maximise profit for their business.
Having worked both client and provider side, Julieann knows the nitty-gritties of the recruitment outsourcing industry and her collaborative and progressive approach to business and team development has resulted in a track record of consistent achievement throughout her career to date.
The changes also see Kris Kumar join IMS People Possible as Chief Operations Officer – USA Operations and will see him based out of our Jaipur office.
Kris’s track record speaks for itself as he has personally been responsible for spearheading several initiatives that have propelled the companies he has worked with to very impressive annual growth rates of between 15% and 70%.
He brings a wealth of expertise within recruiting, business operations, onsite – Outsourcing delivery models and in executing business objectives for international businesses including start ups to mid and large size corporations with revenues varying from $10 Million to $200 Million.
In another key internal promotion Rajeev Iyer, our current Senior Vice President – UK Operations has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer – UK Operations.
Having thrived in his current role with IMS People Possible for just over a year, Rajeev will now lead the team with his over 20 years’ worth of experience in specialist recruitment and customer service gained in a wide variety of sectors including telecoms, call centres and recruitment consultancies.
Rajeev is committed to excellence in everything he does and his expertise in people management, business set up and operations perfectly places him to deliver outstanding profitable outsourcing solutions for our clients.
Rajeev always takes enormous pride in being able to patiently mentor and encourage his staff and places employee happiness as one of his key business achievements making him a perfect fit for IMS People Possible.
In another strategic move for IMS People Possible, we also welcome Harish Nandwani to the IMS People Possible team. Harish joins us as HR Director, bringing with him over 3 decades of experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
He has previously successfully performed the roles of change agent, mentor, performance analyst and motivator and has had strong exposure to key HR and Personnel functions in the Pharma/Chemical, FMGC and Engineering domains.
In addition to this, Harish is a self-driven, creative and futuristic business manager, who strongly believes in adding value to business by creativity and strategically integrating HR processes with a core focus on improving the key business results.
