Suhail Mirza is a renowned inclusive wellness expert, coach, and thought leader. Through his expertise in inclusive well-being and transformational coaching, he created the W.I.S.D.O.M. model of coaching that empowers individuals to unlock their full potential and lead with clarity, purpose, and balance. He provides tools that can be implemented from day one, and provide tangible results.

Suhail has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the healthcare and staffing sector(s) advising and working with some of the largest listed and privately owned organisations in the UK. He was City Editor for Recruitment International for over 15 years and was the author of the Laing Buisson UK Healthcare Workforce Report 2021. He has spoken at numerous conferences on healthcare, staffing and wellbeing and appeared on BBC Radio to discuss his book Many Mansions which charts his journey in wellbeing.

He is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of all parts of the workforce including “temporary”/contingent workers who can often be overlooked in this key arena; he has worked with workforces across many sectors across the globe including supporting the wellness of frontline NHS staff here in the UK during the pandemic and to this day.

He draws inspiration from the latest knowledge and the tenets of Traditional Wisdom and believes every person deserves to find the happiness that they seek.
